Late March, Aurelian Group soft-launched the Digital Business Services - managed services plans for Solopreneurs, Micro-businesses, and mid-sized companies. Now - Digital Business Services is open for business.
In our Digital Business Services plan, we take care of implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancements for your system. You will receive a monthly flat rate invoice, and just use the system. We will train you in the use, and you have access to our support portals. We are adding new services to this on regular basis, so you will always be up-to-date and in-the-know with the things that are important to you.
We believe business applications are a vehicle for your business. Like any other vehicle, in order to drive it, you don't have to know how the drive-train works. You also don't need to know how to change the oil and filters. We set up your applications, and maintain them, all you have to do is serve your customers and transact, invoice, make money.
What is included?
We base our services on the Zoho One plan - we set up the applications as per the need in your business. This may include:
- Email server and clients
- Accounting, invoicing and expenses
- Website pages
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Productivity software (shared cloud storage, documents, spreadsheets, presentations)
- Marketing (email email and social marketing)
- Collaboration (online meetings, collaboration portal)
- Project management (traditional and agile projects)
- Human Capital Management (human resource management and recruitment
For our Australian customers, we offer with our partner CloudPayroll the option of a fully set up and processed payroll. You ensure the data is submitted and confirmed, and the payroll is processed, your bank account credited and your employee's accounts debited (including Super Annuation). The payroll is STP (Single Touch Payroll) compliant. All other fees are bundled in your monthly invoice.

Each plan offers the same software packages - the difference is due to the implementation velocity and support requirements for the different organisation sizes. We adjust the implementation velocity to the budget and the amount of change a business of a particular size can typically absorb. Each plan has a base price - the variable portion are the number of employees, and the payroll option. The base price of each plan is listed below (in Australian Dollar, exclusive of GST, excluding add-ons or options).
