Zoho Recruit Received A New Update - what does it have for us?
But first, what exactly is Zoho Recruit?
Well, Zoho calls it an 'Applicant Tracking System', but to you and me, it's basically recruitment. But, it does so much more than that. It manages the recruitment pipeline, so you don't have to! But what exactly does it manage? Well, first it will speed up candidate sourcing, then it'll look at resumé management, track your applicants, interview scheduling, communications and finally, hiring.
So what's new?
Well, there's applicant conversion tracking on the careers page now, using embed features to provide tracking pixels.

Zoho has also updated the phone field. You can now validate based on country code. This validation can be used with Career site, Webforms, Chatbot, Register to portal, and the Candidate and Vendor portals. This validation will be essential for OTP portals - and you don't need it, you can turn it off.
