What is Zoho Social, and why should I care?

Get feedback with polls: Now available for LinkedIn and X. Hear the opinions of your customers, and perform market research.
To do so, just draft a post, add a question and selected up to four answers, then post it. Under the Posts tab, you can get all the information you need on your poll.
Check Your Threads in Reports
On your social dashboard, you can find Threads under the reports tab. This will allow you to see your analytics at a glace with four main categories: Summary, Audience, Post and Engagement and Performance Reports. You can also adjust your data based on time frame, such as day, month, week or quarter.
Finally, you can send them via email, even on a schedule or export them to you computer.
