The following applies to all Aurelian Group customers with an active subscription to our services.
After June 28 2024, we have a new and streamlined support and feature request system in place. This allows you to keep better track of your tickets and their progress, as well as provide you with direct access to our knowledge base in our support portal.
We are expanding the knowledge base in our support portal to include articles that are specific to your business.
What changes?
- After June 28 2024, all support and feature request tickets must be lodged via the portal
- Because of the ability to see your organisation's tickets, as well as specific knowledge base articles, you must log into the portal for access
- Access must be requested by your organisation's subscription in-charge
What will you get in return?
- Access to all tickets and their status
- Access to knowledge base articles, including specific to your organisation
During the first quarter of FY25, we will endeavour to update our knowledge base, both with generic as well as client specific tickets.
