Team expansion
Building a strong and talented team is crucial for any company's growth. In 2023, we are proud to have expanded our team from 2 to 5 employees. This growth has enabled us to add different options to our portfolio for our clients, as well as deepen our expertise in our existing portfolio.
Our partnership with Zoho expands covering Creator
In 2023, we officially became a certified Zoho Creator partner. Next to delivering all applications in Zoho One and TrainerCentral, we now also serve our customers with custom built applications on Zoho's rapid development, low-code platform Creator.
Acoreus NDIS Management Platform released!
A significant milestone this year was the release of our flagship product, Acoreus - an NDIS Management Platform. This platform revolutionises the way organisations manage and streamline their NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) operations. Its robust features and user-friendly interface have garnered positive feedback from our clients.
The functions include: participant acquisition and registration (direct or via support managers), delivery plans and contracts, risk assessment, therapist scheduling, progress notes, invoicing (NDIA, Plan Managed, Self Managed), and renewal.
Practical AI
In line with our commitment to innovation, we successfully delivered our first ChatGPT enabled Chatbot for one of our clients. This advanced chatbot leverages the power of artificial intelligence to provide personalised and efficient customer support, enhancing user experience and driving customer satisfaction.
Aurelian Group clients featured in presentations and case studies
Two of our esteemed clients were selected by Zoho for video case studies this year. This recognition not only showcases the success of our clients but also highlights our expertise in implementing Zoho solutions. We are proud to have played a role in their growth and honoured to be featured by Zoho. One video has been released (linked to the right), the other is scheduled to be released in the first quarter of 2024., the other is scheduled to be released in the first quarter of 2024.
We were also privileged to see one of our customers present at Zoholics in Sydney - that makes it the third Zoholics in a row where one of our clients was featured. A great honour!
Trailblazers and Pathfinders - a podcast featuring the people driving business
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our very own podcast, "Trailblazers and Pathfinders." Hosted by Matt Koopmans, CEO of Aurelian Group, this podcast aims to inspire and educate business owners by sharing insights, experiences, and success stories from industry leaders and entrepreneurs. Our first episode has just been recorded, and we cannot wait to share it with our audience. Expect the episodes to drop from January 2024.
